Beaverdam Vineyards is the centerpiece of the property. The main vineyard was planted with Norton Grapes in June 2005. These grapes are indigenous to the Eastern United States and make a delicious, bold, red wine. The first harvest will be this year (2007) and we're looking forward to our first vintage! A second vineyard was planted in May 2006. The vineyards are maintained by the Property Managers. All residents of Beaverdam Vineyard Estates will have access to the vineyard and the walking paths that lead to it throughout the property.
